As for assembly, it's not for a novice, it can't be done in 5 minutes, and you need a minimum of tools. Otherwise, the final result is good, it's a Laguiole. The juniper handle was a wise choice: easy to work with and a very pleasant scent! The only (small) disappointment is that the blade doesn't bear the engraving Honoré Durand, which leads me to believe that the parts may have come from elsewhere? But that won't stop me from ordering others to complete my collection, or for a gift, for example.
