I have nothing to say about the speed of your delivery, but I do have one small point that bothered me (but which doesn't require any points to be deducted). The size of the box and the paper you use inside is really much larger than the product I ordered. I was really amazed at the size of the packaging for so little. It produces a lot of extra waste, even though it can be recycled.
