Disappointed to discover upon receipt that the stretch film does not go in the microwave.
I find it a shame that there is no cardboard to put at the bottom of the packaging. When it is assembled, you can see the bottom "assembly closure" and until now, all the ones I have bought elsewhere had a cardboard to cover the bottom... It's a shame, I will not recommend this product
The pockets do not close with my device. I end up with a product that I will not use.

Regarding the delivery, I am satisfied, they are fast, I ordered dried basil but I am not happy with it, in the description the color was bright green, but the color of the delivered product does not meet my expectations and even the smell of the basil, personally I would not order again.

I placed my order on a Saturday, I tried to modify it on Sunday, with no result. I called on Monday morning to modify it. The person on the phone told me they would cancel the first order so I could place the second one with additional products, but that was not done and I ended up receiving my first order!

I always order my verrines and such from you and every time I'm very satisfied. This time, however, half of the verrines I ordered were broken in the parcel.
Boxes and lids were missing, so we had to make sure they were accounted for on the day of our party.
Positive points: I received the parcel very quickly Negative points: one box was damaged on the side, making 1 or 2 boxes unusable, and in one of the other boxes there was so much dust that I had to clean the boxes.
