Big quality issues with all the vacuum-sealed bags received. I bought different sizes, as soon as the outer packaging was removed, the bags rolled up like cigars! I've never seen this before, it's much more cumbersome to use, the bags tend to fold over, creating a thickness that leads to sealing defects. The final result is less neat, the bag remains concave. I contacted customer service twice who is unresponsive!

I sent several emails without any response. UPS has harassed me with emails to tell me that you made a mistake on the quantity of seasoning 3 instead of 2 orders because it is prohibited. To this day the problem is not resolved. Please refund my order that I will never receive

The palette arrived in poor condition
We ordered vacuum bags and part of them was packed in a leftover unsealed box. These bags are for food use and this type of overpacking is not suitable for us in terms of hygiene and safety of the bag. I therefore express a reservation regarding their use. If their integrity has not been preserved and they turn out to be defective, I would request a refund. I did not receive a code to pick up my package
I received an email indicating the non-validation of my order. As a result, I find myself with two orders, each containing 15 lots of jars, and to get a refund, it's a journey, so no.
I ordered 50 cake containers, there were only 47 in the shipment. I called, and the person made me understand that I would receive the 3 missing ones. Since then, nothing.

These shelled pistachios are at best grade C. They are yellow and almost rancid unlike the description photo where they appear very green. This is a misleading sale and it's shameful for the price of pistachios. I can't do anything with them, what a waste!

I received a bag that was half empty with a hole in it. I sent you an email to share my feedback, but you don't seem to have taken my request into consideration.
I received the order but I made a request for withdrawal the same day because it is not what I thought I ordered, and since then I have had no news from your services. This is unacceptable.
