Hello, a product was missing from the delivery. I sent you 2 emails without any reply.
ALL CLEAR.
I phoned yesterday, explaining that there had been an error on my part, I had validated the same order 2 times. reply on the phone: his colleague who dealt with this was not available, that he would call me back, and... nothing will ever be able to use the result of my error. i was a novice in this type of transaction? What can I do? Can I return this second batch?
