For delivery, it would be nice to have it in a relay point other than the post office (flexibility of opening hours). For customer service, I tried to call for information and there was no answer. otherwise, the material was of good quality and delivery times were respected.

Dispenser box wrapped in simple plastic film. The package has taken a shock at one end, so care must be taken when unrolling it to ensure it doesn't tear.

Hello, I placed an order on July 31st, it's now August 6th and I still haven't received anything, and customer service isn't answering the phone. I'm going to ask for a refund of my order because I have to buy all the products I ordered for my event on August 8. I don't recommend it at all!

The 24h delivery was not applied and I had no feedback from the deliveryman or the customer regarding the goods delivered. As a result, I was not delivered on time as agreed. The merchandise is correct. The customer service is satisfactory. Otherwise no particular problems with CSJ. Always correct and serious despite this.
