Very disappointed with the items I received, I didn't realize that I had ordered smooth pockets instead of embossed ones. Doesn't work, the vacuum doesn't work even though it says vacuum.

Hello I am dissatisfied with my delivery and after-sales service because it's been almost a week that I try to reach you there is no one who responds I made an order that should arrive on Friday my order is on the way there was an error of my order is left on Paris so I did not get my order and I paid extra for it to arrive within 48 hours except that my order has arrived.

The delivery was not presented on the site because the parcels are too large according to the post office... As indicated none of the employees is authorized to collect these large parcels. That's why all our suppliers' deliveries are made to our site and never to Depot. I don't understand why you have chosen this method of delivery, which is not the usual one! I've been a customer for several years and this is the first time that delivery hasn't arrived.
I haven't received anything.
I paid €15 for delivery to receive a box that seemed to be in good condition. Once I opened it, I saw that all my small boxes were corroded, and the first 10-15 large ones were impacted in the middle. I contacted customer service, who gave me a refund after 3 days of non-stop emails for the small boxes, but nothing was done for the large ones. The excuse is that I had no reservations, but unfortunately I couldn't see through the box.
I received my order, the pallet was all broken, the paper boxes ripped open. The plastic boxes and cartons are the same and they are supposed to be packed and the packaging all open. Disappointed with this delivery.

I still haven't received my delivery.
No after-sales service. Call at least 7/8 times, no one answers... not even the possibility of leaving a message. Send an email ... same nobody answers. Delivery times not respected as indicated on the site delivery in 48/72 h: delivery 10 days later ... Poor quality alus trays ... To flee not at all professional ... Very disappointed with our order and the behaviour of this company...
Parcel delivered to a different relay point from the one I had selected, more than 40km from my home. Impossible to get there. Customer service does not answer the phone. Contacted the organization in charge of delivery to find a solution despite the current economic situation. Still waiting for my parcel.
Package not received to date. Deliveries postponed "exceptionally" by the Post Office, dropped off at a relay point. Clearly return of goods because our weekly closure was well specified.

Hello. I don't see how I can appreciate the quality of the service when I don't receive my order. The Colissimo company claims to have delivered to me when in fact I have received absolutely nothing.
