I put 5 stars for my order because I know the products but for the rest I put 1 stars because I still did not receive my parcel you make errors of address I am caterer I had to go in urgency to subway to seek boxes which is 1 hour from home I sent an e-mail without answer more parcel dispatched by dpd Without number of parcel here is why I put 1 stars.
One star for delivery ... well worth it! Scheduled / cancelled ... partial delivery ... Nullissime and painful!
Due to a product shortage, I had to wait a month to receive my parcel. This is unacceptable, or give away the delivery costs. I sent you a message to tell you that I had ordered from another supplier but I received it anyway. Not serious, I'll look elsewhere.
Very good product. However, the 3 boxes of stretch film arrived in poor condition. I sent an e-mail to CSJ Emballages but got no reply. The shipping costs are high enough to receive the products in good condition.
Initially well packed but exploded on arrival. Fortunately, the material inside was safe (vacuum-packed bags).
I am not at all satisfied with the delivery. I was offered to change the day and time, which I did, but as I wasn't there I put my neighbor, and on the day the parcel wasn't delivered, I called customer service to change the day and we agreed 2 days later. The problem was that they wouldn't give me my address, and the next day the parcel was dropped off at the post office in my neighbor's name, and she had to pick it up. Well done!
Part of my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service who blamed the carrier even though the packaging was intact. The goods left the csj depot damaged. No commercial gesture.
