I haven't had any contact with customer service but on my last order they completely ignored my request. Delivery is expensive but fast.

I had to call customer service because I received the invoice but no news of the parcel. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and gave me very good information. I highly recommend you and I'm fully satisfied as I'm in the middle of organizing a wedding. The photo does not correspond at all to the product received. However, the information in the description is correct. This still misleads the buyer and that's a shame. I wrote to customer service to let them know about my problem and never got a reply, which is a shame.
