Delivery is fast, but for a purchase of 12.99 euros, paying 6.99 euros for delivery (i.e. the cheapest) is a bit of a pain. It would be nice if you could opt to collect the products for free (without delivery). In the end I thought I'd got a product for 13 euros, but in reality I paid 20 euros.

Small suggestion, when an order is on hold due to an item being out of stock, it would be preferable to send an e-mail explaining the delay or to have it appear on the order tracking.
