Order on 21/03/2020 on 31/03/2020 still no parcel ??

Hello, I still haven't received my order, so I can't give my opinion. Maybe it's normal or not, I don't know.

We are really sorry but we did not receive our order, colissimo sent us an email on Friday, telling us that our parcel was no longer on its way. We paid 21.06€ for nothing.

Still undelivered.

The parcel was to be delivered to ESPACE SERVICES NUMERIQUES place du 8 mai brignoles 83170 and not to the station avia relai easier for dpd who does not have to enter the city but for me who am handicapped I need a third person who can not go pick it up at the station so I refuse the parcel.

Parcel arrived without my order . preparation error . to date I do not have my order . do not respond to opening hours, or messages from their facebook page . yet used to order from CSJ and there were no worries until now .

Hello. My order was placed on Wednesday 11 09 19, at 10h43. I can't tell you anything about your product at the moment. The parcel arrived yesterday the 17th at the relay point. A message from DPD (your carrier) informed me that the parcel was available. But the manager looked by my name, by my first name, he went to see in the mailbox but nothing. so we make fun of the world. The carrier is totally unreliable. I'm very, very unhappy. I'll be picking up the item shortly. Thank you.

The delivery was not made. However, I spoke to the carrier on the phone, who did not leave the package where it was supposed to be. Furthermore, I was not informed that the delivery had not been made. I therefore collected my parcel from the DPD depot. The trays are too small. Customer service was impossible to reach on the phone and they didn't reply to my email.

Hello, I placed an order on July 31st, it's now August 6th and I still haven't received anything, and customer service isn't answering the phone. I'm going to ask for a refund of my order because I have to buy all the products I ordered for my event on August 8. I don't recommend it at all!

Never again I recommend,smoothie glass without the lid,so unusable and big loss of sales!!,when you buy a car,are there tires with it!!!

When ordering with payment by cheque, please do not notify us of 24 to 72 hours after receipt of cheque, but rather 24 to 72 hours after cashing the cheque, as the goods were received after the event (VERY DISAGREEABLE!!) Furthermore, please change supplier for packaging, as the box arrived on MONDAY in very poor condition. Thank you.

Disappointed, not by CSJ Emballages but by DPD delivery which is not serious. The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from CSJ if they work with DPD, which doesn't deliver to every neighborhood and claims that no one was there when it came ...

Hi, I still haven't received my merchandise, so I had to go buy some elsewhere.

I haven't had a delivery and I'm still waiting. I can't be satisfied. I think it's taking too long. And the least I can do is to send another delivery. We shouldn't have to put up with delivery errors.

I am not satisfied with my order because the product is not the same as on the photo. It may seem like nothing, but in my case it was important. How can you trust a site that sends you a different product than the one you order?

I still haven't received my parcel even though it was marked delivered. The driver signed for me, but I have no parcel. For the delivery fees we pay I expected a better service. I'm really disappointed knowing that I need it in 2 days.

Very prompt delivery, but almost a third of the trays were split and unusable. Given the urgency of the situation, I went elsewhere to stock up... .

I ordered my products on the site and they still haven't arrived, even though it says 24 to 48 hours on the site. That's 4 working days and nothing, not even an e-mail! What's more, delivery costs 8 euros! On the other hand, the money was debited on the day the order was placed. It's infuriating! First and last time I order on this site! I absolutely do not recommend!
