On the other hand, delivery by DPD to a relay point was catastrophic (the deliveryman didn't come and changed the delivery information, customer service did everything it could to avoid having to deal with the problem). After 1 week of setbacks (without my ordered equipment) I had to go to the DPD center to pick up my package, in the middle of the work day.
