I put 1 star for customer service, because I can't put 0!!! Non-existent customer service. No response to my emails, no refund for my previous order which was received by CSJ, despite my emails: This is called theft!!! Otherwise, compliant products, fast delivery.
Exorbitant transport costs, making the order uneconomical.

I'm happy with the product but I didn't really appreciate the call from your carrier before it arrived. I'm at work and I'm wondering why there's no one there when I haven't even tried to knock on my door. Here are the carrier's words. "Gentlemen, don't waste our time if you're not at home when the delivery arrives" and the worst thing is that I call home and he's there, of course.and try to call him back to explain why he won't pick up.
The plastic trays for macaroons arrived damaged whereas the shipping carton was not! Customer service responded quickly, but offered 5% on a future order, which I'm not happy with, given that the trays are almost all damaged! Ditto for previous order with some damaged cartons!

Wrong link sent to track package. Tracking not available all weekend. Sms from carrier sent on 26/12 to remind me that my parcel had arrived at destination on 23/12. But no sms on 23/12 to let me know. Carrier not serious.

Hello, the product is perfect and compliant, thank you. On the other hand, delivery by DPD to a relay point was catastrophic (the deliveryman didn't come and changed the delivery information, customer service did everything it could to avoid having to deal with the problem). After 1 week of setbacks (without my ordered equipment) I had to go to the DPD center to pick up my package, in the middle of the work day. I have absolutely nothing against you, but for your partner DPD it's a 0. Me

I only gave myself one star for delivery and customer service because I waited for the deliveryman on the day of delivery and he never called me. He did, however, send me to the post office to pick up the parcel.

The order and delivery went well but I sent a message to the site and I still have no answer because I am missing 4 boxes on the delivery. In fact, out of the 3 packs of 25, 2 packs only contain 22 boxes.

Fast delivery, but badly packed. Products arrived damaged and no compensation. Disappointed with the service but the products were fine.
The delivery rate is very high to be fast... except that delivery times are very long.
