The products are of high quality and I've never had any problems, except recently, and this is the first time, when on two batches of 100, the thermo-welding at the bottom of the pack was defective and almost all of them went into the garbage can. I was naively thinking of a small commercial gesture speaking the same language of commerce, but to no avail.
