The delivery was not respected neither the date nor the place.

A top product, but unfortunately a delivery chosen for me by Dpd was catastrophic, with an absolutely deplorable customer contact! Next time I'll choose another delivery method.

1st order that was cancelled because the site was out of stock but they still debited the amount from my account and no refund and customer service that does not respond to email.

The announced delivery time was 48h. Ordered on 21/12/21, delivery announced and expected on 24/12/21. On 24/12/21, I received a message informing me that delivery would be on 27/12/21. I needed this order on the 24/12, that's why I ordered and hence my disappointment. The goods are in order.

The notice from the carrier was sent to me on 21/09/21 at 13h43 by e-mail and the delivery was made at around 15h00 on the same day, not easy to be there at the time of delivery.

I paid for home delivery against signature. The post office did not deliver the package and did not contact me as requested. I am on foot. I had to go to the post office to collect my parcel, a 2km walk to bring back a rather large box. It's unacceptable that your delivery service is so bad. Please change your delivery method! What's more, the 300 plastic bottles were loose in the box with dented bottles! Do you think this is normal? I'm very unhappy!
