Colissimo problem not delivered to the address. I had to pick it up at the post office.
Products arrived broken, boxes damaged. I sent a complaint with photos, no response!

The items are great but the delivery is still too expensive.
For once, given the quality of previous deliveries: the packaging was stained by a liquid (obviously diesel) which penetrated the cardboard and contaminated 4 packs of hand towels. I can't say when the incident occurred (during transport or on delivery to the relay point). I remember receiving an order for which the box had been covered with a plastic film making it relatively impermeable.
I had to stop my order on the way and resumed it 5 minutes later. Once I'd finalized my order, I saw a voucher I'd had because my order was on hold. Too bad I couldn't use it. Otherwise correct merchandise.

Order dated January 20. Package prepared and dispatched only January 27. That's 7 days after my order. I had to write a complaint for my parcel to be prepared and dispatched. I have had no explanation other than a follow-up that mentions the January 27 processing date. I find it unacceptable, given that we have orders to fill, to process a customer's order 7 days after a complaint, without any explanation or apology.
Hello When I placed my order, you asked for an extra charge for 11Euro shipping and Colissimo was supposed to deliver the parcel. I accepted the charge so that they could deliver to my home and not to a "point relais". I don't understand your approach. Thank you Sahman HUSIC.
Stretch film product not quite as described in the online catalog (brand, film cutting system). It would be advisable to specify that the catalog photos are not contractual.

Fast and efficient delivery. Very good quality product, ideal for packaging small confectionery items. On the other hand, I didn't have the opportunity to contact customer service by phone or e-mail, radio silence concerning an error on my part concerning the choice of my too-small packaging and wishing to have it returned with a refund.
