I called customer service the next morning (Tuesday morning) and they did a remarkable job. The order was dispatched the same day at 1:00 pm despite an already overbooked production line, and I received my urgent order for Friday lunchtime. I was able to make my buffet! The relay point refused the parcel.the parcel was supposed to stay at dpd but when I came it had left for another relay point.it was epic.
