Fast delivery. It's a shame that the parcels arrive damaged (film dispenser box), due to a lack of packaging protection. The dispensers therefore arrive damaged.
I made a mistake on my order for the verrines, they are smaller than those I wanted and on the site there is no place to return the product that does not meet my expectations the only downside. But otherwise nothing to say.

Pastry boxes arrived crushed by the gold circles that should have been placed underneath, resulting in several boxes being torn and unusable.
The delivery man was supposed to ring the intercom for me to come down and get the parcel, but he didn't. He stuck the box in my letterbox, which was too small! He jammed the box into my letterbox, which was too small! I had to get the building manager to come and get the parcel, which had got stuck.

The bags looked nothing like the photo.
The product does not live up to its price.the aluminium is rolled up on one side which means that it tears every time you use it.the thickness is far too thin which makes the product fragile.only the wide width is correct. I have sent an email to customer service and to date no response. Michel V.

I have just received the aluminium foil. The delivery was late, but in view of the events this may be normal. I'm thinking of ordering a width of between 33 and 35 cm next time.
