Received quickly The customer service I called 2 times but no answer When the merchandise satisfied at least one item on the 3 I will not recommend I have not received what I expected.

It's not right that the return of goods is at the customer's expense.

Satisfied only with the delivery I received non-adopted lids On the site there is only one kind to go with the smoothie cups Especially since at the beginning we are not told that the lids must be purchased separately! I've sent 2 complaint emails and never got a reply! I hope they'll get back to me and fix the problem!

C.S.J. packaging is very good, the item is exactly what I ordered; but then the delivery... DPD company not to mention... SMS, messages galore to indicate that the parcel will be delivered on such-and-such a day, with a small range of hours during which you'll need to be present... OK. but then: ah no, the parcel isn't available, so we can't deliver it... In short, 2 times the same story and watch out, the parcel is surreptitiously slipped into the letterbox.

The order was conform and the verrines delighted the 210 guests of the MAS Maud Mannoni gourmet walk in Montpon Ménestérol which took place yesterday. The only hitch was a misunderstanding on my part about the delivery: with the home delivery option I thought I could choose my delivery time slots, but it's the dpd company which proposes a time slot, which put me in a bind and obliged me to go and collect my parcel in Tresses on Friday evening at last!

Delivery is fast, but for a purchase of 12.99 euros, paying 6.99 euros for delivery (i.e. the cheapest) is a bit of a pain. It would be nice if you could opt to collect the products for free (without delivery). In the end I thought I'd got a product for 13 euros, but in reality I paid 20 euros.

You can limit a LITTLE the cardboard and PLASTIC BUBBLES that have to be disposed of AFTER delivery...it's a problem for everyone, and it's not a good idea to pass it on to your customers...besides, it COSTS everyone. For your information, take a look at the Chinese...their packaging is light, compact, shock-resistant and takes up very little space! Have a good day without waste.

The delivery company gefco delivered the parcel to my neighbor's house without checking the name, therefore lacking responsibility, and the drivers were unqualified.

I wasn't delivered within 48 hours... Too bad because I really needed it on that date. Otherwise everything else is OK.

The parcel was not delivered on D-day, which is a pity. Overall I am very satisfied with the goods I ordered!

The merchandise is medium.

I put a small note on the merchandise because the wrong items were ordered. (Ordered 2X50 trays of 250ml, I received 50 trays of 500cc). Well, it doesn't affect the price, so I'll leave it, but it's not what I wanted... I'm reluctant to repeat the experience to get what I really wanted in the first place...

Very disappointed by TNT expedition which for an order placed on Wednesday 07.02.arrived on 13.02 for a delivery in 48 h I find that it is very long especially that I needed this order absolutely for 09.02 I found myself in a galley not possible if it was not to ensure this service it was not necessary to make me pay a supplement to be delivered faster .I would be what to do next time .thank you to CSJ packaging for their products and their responsiveness.

I haven't had any contact with customer service but on my last order they completely ignored my request. Delivery is expensive but fast.

The photo does not correspond at all to the product received. However, the information in the description is correct. This still misleads the buyer and that's a shame. I wrote to customer service to let them know about my problem and never got a reply, which is a shame.

This last order is fine.
