Very disappointed with the return which cost me 14 euro for a 25 euro item I will never recommend again because nothing was specified when ordering I find it scandalous but too bad for me I will not be fooled again I will be much more vigilant I went through amazon for the order and for some time their return policy has changed to our detriment.

SMS, messages galore to indicate that the parcel will be delivered on such-and-such a day, with a small range of hours during which you'll need to be present... OK. but then: ah no, the parcel isn't available, so we can't deliver it... In short, 2 times the same story and watch out, the parcel is surreptitiously slipped into the letterbox.

The order was conform and the verrines delighted the 210 guests of the MAS Maud Mannoni gourmet walk in Montpon Ménestérol which took place yesterday. The only hitch was a misunderstanding on my part about the delivery: with the home delivery option I thought I could choose my delivery time slots, but it's the dpd company which proposes a time slot, which put me in a bind and obliged me to go and collect my parcel in Tresses on Friday evening at last!

Delivery is fast, but for a purchase of 12.99 euros, paying 6.99 euros for delivery (i.e. the cheapest) is a bit of a pain. It would be nice if you could opt to collect the products for free (without delivery). In the end I thought I'd got a product for 13 euros, but in reality I paid 20 euros.
