I'd like to take issue with the delivery, even though it's not really your fault, because the driver did a very poor job and I received my parcel 4 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered. They told me to get in touch with you about delivery costs as they couldn't do anything directly. Best regards.

The delivery was not presented on the site because the parcels are too large according to the post office... As indicated none of the employees is authorized to collect these large parcels. That's why all our suppliers' deliveries are made to our site and never to Depot. I don't understand why you have chosen this method of delivery, which is not the usual one! I've been a customer for several years and this is the first time that delivery hasn't arrived.
