As for delivery, I think it's a shame that I couldn't choose free in-store delivery, because having moved house, I wasn't offered the store where I usually received them, even though I regularly go there and could therefore have picked them up. So I ended up paying 9 euros for shipping, a bit expensive for my taste.

Hello I am dissatisfied with my delivery and after-sales service because it's been almost a week that I try to reach you there is no one who responds I made an order that should arrive on Friday my order is on the way there was an error of my order is left on Paris so I did not get my order and I paid extra for it to arrive within 48 hours except that my order has arrived.

The announced delivery time was 48h. Ordered on 21/12/21, delivery announced and expected on 24/12/21. On 24/12/21, I received a message informing me that delivery would be on 27/12/21. I needed this order on the 24/12, that's why I ordered and hence my disappointment. The goods are in order.
