I was looking forward to receiving my pair of cowboy boots, but the experience turned into deep disappointment as soon as I opened the box. I noticed a blatant manufacturing defect on the leather (deep mark). For a supplier of your renown, which positions itself in a high-end segment, this is simply unacceptable. When investing a significant amount in shoes of this type, one is entitled to expect: A rigorous quality control before shipment, which clearly was lacking here. A first choice leather, free from any structural imperfection. A finish that matches the displayed selling price. Receiving a defective product from a renowned brand is one thing, but that it passes through the cracks of your quality service is very worrying for your brand's image. A loyal customer should not have to suffer the consequences of a lack of internal rigor.

My purchase was not successful. The quality of the leather of the pants is exceptional, the best, very soft. But, I ordered size 36 and it was very tight in the rise and waist. I didn't like the silhouette it gave me so I returned it. Even though I love leather, pants have never fit me well.
