Never received the item
The color of the received garment had nothing to do with that of the website. The garment on the website is hazelnut color and I received a chocolate color. The refund was carried out correctly after its return, assuming the shipping cost (50 euros). The quality of the garment is unbeatable.
Hello, I received my order and one item is missing. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was not available and that it would be sent to me later...... I would have liked to be informed that the item was not available right after the order.... Or at least at the time of delivery: there was nothing!!!!! No information!!!!!
The jacket arrived with defects. An exchange is refused. They do not respond to requests. Only returns from the seller's perspective are possible. Not only was the jacket defective, but their understanding of the law is also lacking 🙂 Unprofessional behavior.
Hello, Sorry for the bad rating, but when you respect a 'size guide', take a safety margin by choosing the size just above, and in the end the jacket is way too small, having to return it at our expense (25 euros after all), it's hard to swallow.

Jacket ordered at the last minute for Christmas. Thought I had paid with Paypal. 3 days after ordering, request for bank details for payment? I called, unfriendly, asked for help to debug the application, in the end told me that I wouldn't receive the package for 10 days, they hung up on me. I ordered for 190 € at milepau. Arrived in 2 days on 24/12 noon.
I still have not received my package and I have to leave far from home.

Hello, the cowboy boots are beautiful but too big, despite my request for information to Cuirs Guignard before the purchase (who advised me to take my usual size). I will have to return them and it will cost me dearly in postage.
???? Very bad experience we ordered a bomber at 1500€ which arrived torn with defects when we requested the exchange it was not accepted because for them it was normal that it was due to the appearance of the leather. The quality of the jacket had nothing to do with the photos.

The item I had purchased was no longer available. I had waited 1 month to decide. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, as their messages ended up in spam. I was therefore informed by PayPal. I found the same jacket on another site, 50 € cheaper.

Colissimo specifies that delivery was scheduled for 30/11/2023 but: "The delivery of your package is delayed. We apologize for this unforeseen event.
