I was looking forward to receiving my pair of cowboy boots, but the experience turned into deep disappointment as soon as I opened the box. I noticed a blatant manufacturing defect on the leather (deep mark). For a supplier of your renown, which positions itself in a high-end segment, this is simply unacceptable. When investing a significant amount in shoes of this type, one is entitled to expect: A rigorous quality control before shipment, which clearly was lacking here. A first choice leather, free from any structural imperfection. A finish that matches the displayed selling price. Receiving a defective product from a renowned brand is one thing, but that it passes through the cracks of your quality service is very worrying for your brand's image. A loyal customer should not have to suffer the consequences of a lack of internal rigor.

Unacceptable to pay for returns when on all other sites it is free.

My purchase was not successful. The quality of the leather of the pants is exceptional, the best, very soft. But, I ordered size 36 and it was very tight in the rise and waist. I didn't like the silhouette it gave me so I returned it. Even though I love leather, pants have never fit me well.

Impossible to fit into this pair, what a shame, it is really beautiful. And the color does not match the image on the site.

This is the first time I am disappointed! I ordered these cowboy boots because the inside was flesh-colored (so it doesn't stain with sweat). The model resembles ref. 219, so black inside!! However, the shoemaker who put the pads assured me that it was of good quality.

The experience was good, unfortunately the shoes have many defects.

The jacket is beautiful, the leather is of good quality the seams look correct. A small defect on the zipper, I hope it will hold up

A bit early for you to evaluate since I still haven't received my order. It was specified that if the item was not in stock there would be a delay of one month so I deduced that it was in production.

Item conforms but delivered with a simple white plastic packaging that looks very cheap. Exorbitant delivery price (12€), free shipping could still be considered for an order over 150 euros!!!

The quality has really decreased over the last 20 years.... Owner of the same item for 23 years bought during a MOTOR concentration, I wear this belt daily which is still intact! Will today's one last as long? The thickness of the leather is well reduced; it lacks about 2mm; the touch is therefore not the same, it feels like a simple belt.

I placed an order a few days later I was informed that it is no longer available. I was refunded.

Timely delivery and jacket well received at the parcel relay. However, I did not receive my entire order, the waterproof spray was not present in the package.

To validate the order and charge me 12€ for shipping fees despite the price paid, no worries. On the other hand, to confirm a delivery before Christmas as planned when ordering, that becomes just as mediocre. Exchange with customer service cold and uncommercial, because if I cancel while the delivery deadline is not respected, it is up to me to pay for the return. A shame, no commercial fiber!!!

Customer contact impossible, regarding the shade of a leather jacket too superficial and which therefore disappears quickly.

If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

Size far too large despite the size guide, fearing that the size might still not be right, return is paid and cost me 10 euros. I opted for a refund once but not twice. However, the item was superb.

I still haven't received my order. So my opinion for now is not closed, however, I have never had a delivery date?

I had taken the precaution of calling for the color. We wanted an orange pouch. The person indicated to me that the mention cognac was due to the nomenclature but that the color was indeed orange as in the photo. Disappointment, the received pouch is not orange but cognac!!!!!!

Very beautiful house but disappointed with my last order, box half open fortunately the jacket was still inside and I was disappointed not to have the hanger anymore, but happy they have beautiful leathers

Very good quality of the product. Speed in shipping. Too bad the size of the bags is not mentioned, difficult to have only an opinion based on the image.

Order placed on April 25, 2024. My payment was accepted the same day and since then I have had no new information. I do not know if and when my package has been sent.

The pants are presented in a 501 cut. Be careful, I have a 501 jeans in size 44 that is a bit big for me and I had to take a 46 for the leather pants. That being said, good quality, nice cut, and very satisfied.

Average, I returned a jacket to exchange it, it has been a week and still no return....

However, before ordering, I took the time to provide the seller with all the measurements he requested, along with a diagram (front-back-sleeve) of a jacket that fit me very well in terms of size with very precise measurements. He directed me to an XL... Trusting him, I ordered this recommended size which ultimately was too small for me... So return at my expense: exchange for the larger size...

Serious company. Product conforms to the description sent quickly. However, a big downside regarding the RETURN FEES which are around 13 euros (discouraging for trying on if the product does not fit). Some competing companies do better by offering free returns...

Hello, the jacket is very nice but I ordered an L and its size is very small.

The color is not at all as shown in the photo! The pants are orange-red and not brown.

Quick processing of the order, the leather is much thicker than in the photo, but the jacket is pretty.

I am disappointed, I recently bought a black leather down jacket with a beautiful effect and a no less beautiful orange lining, but the latter does not seem to be up to par and is deteriorating as it shows under the closed down jacket!! This is really not up to the standards of such a house!
