The boots I bought were of superb quality. Unfortunately, the fit did not suit my foot. After a phone call and a return of the boots, Cuirs Guignard were very quick to refund me in full.

The leather, even though I am not an expert, gives the impression of good quality leather, soft, well-made, and pleasant to the touch and to wear. For my part, the size is perfect. So first time I ordered a coat for my wife on this site, 490 euros including shipping and surprisingly surprised by the quality of it. There are a few stains if we can call it that near the pockets and a button but nothing disturbing and especially for real leather which as we know is 'imperfect'. Don't hesitate to treat yourself even for the size, it's custom-made for my wife.

Well-made site, fast parcel shipping by Colissimo with 12€ delivery fees. So far no problem except that the parcel never arrived at my home. The post office says it is in the process of redelivery, I received a notice in my mailbox but the parcel is nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to the Post Office but nothing is happening. Given the price of the order, I am quickly waiting for a response. What to do?
