I was very happy to have purchased from Cuirs Guignard: fast delivery, perfectly packaged parcel (leather jacket protected in a bag, with gift bag and brand hanger). Really a very good service. Unfortunately, when it came time to give the jacket for Christmas, we discovered a snag on the sleeve; that can happen, no problem. The issue is that I can't reach customer service... Email sent on December 25 and still no response; the phone number listed on the site does not answer. I fear I can no longer make an exchange now, which is very unfortunate for a product at this price... Everything was sorted out, return handled by Cuirs Guignard, and a new jacket received very quickly afterwards. Thank you!
