Absolutely perfect. First of all, I ordered online with a doubt about the size. Less than 2 hours after my order, an advisor called me to tell me that I was indeed between two sizes but that he advised me to take the larger size knowing that, if needed, I could return it for an exchange. Advice that turned out to be perfectly accurate on the size. Then, shipped the same day, received 2 days after the order. Once received, I find the raw leather a bit marked (but it's leather so everyone has their tastes, it's subjective) and no problem for me to take it back. I received the label to resend it the same day. As soon as I received the package, I got the refund. In one word: Perfect, great customer service!
