The online order was easy. For the reception, I am disappointed, the post had lost the package so it arrived 12 days late and the box was in poor condition. Fortunately, the bag was fine. The bag is very well made, no defects, however it was not properly protected for transport, just a simple plastic bag, which is not very reassuring and not very eco-friendly. Otherwise, we will see over time for the quality.
