Hello, We are truly sorry, you indeed placed an order on our site on 14/09 in the middle of the day for 2 jackets. Your order was shipped on 17/09, you were notified by email with the Colissimo tracking link. It was clearly stated on the site that it would be shipped within 7 working days, so we did respect the announced deadline as the package was shipped within 3/4 working days. We just checked on the Colissimo site, the package was indeed taken care of from 17/09 and was supposed to be delivered today but the delivery was delayed, so you should have your package by tomorrow. This is a purchase made - initially - with a lot of apprehension given the amount but not living near a Cuirs Guignard store, it was either online or nothing. The advice from customer service regarding sizes was very helpful and allowed me to get it right. The possibility of having it delivered to my post office resolved the fear that my package would arrive at an untrustworthy neighbor. Hello, We are truly sorry but our pants fit just right, we specify this because customers are used to pants with elastane or a bit loose, leather is not cut like that, a 46 is a real 46, which means that if you lay it flat and measure the waist it is 46 and not more. The best is to compare with those you wear because it may be labeled 46 but if you measure it, it might be more like a good 48, do not hesitate if needed, have a good day, ETS GUIGNARD.
