Product conforms to the site's announcement, shipped with great care and very quickly (which surprised me because I was supposed to be delivered in 15 days to 3 weeks and I received my package in just 4 days! Good evening, The photos taken on your site do not really represent the color I received.

Beautiful products, efficient return service, too bad that when a garment is clearly recognized as "sizing small" it is not indicated.... this would have avoided a "costly" return, and the disappointment of not being able to fulfill my desire for a leather coat!!

Quality shoes, exceptional after-sales service

Very good shoes and very good quality!! Only downside I had a huge blister on my heel. I therefore recommend wearing them often to get used to them before taking a walk of more than 10 minutes with.

I received a leather jacket for which two sewing defects were visible. I requested a commercial gesture. I was told that Cuirs Guignard could send me a return slip and make the repairs for free!!! It would be missing that I have to pay for the repairs... And ultimately no jacket for how long? I did not accept this transaction. It seems to me that I bought a new item, not repaired.

So far I have always traveled to Mauléon to do my shopping (mainly leather jackets but also bags, travel bags, hats, etc.) and I have always been satisfied with the quality but also with the professionalism of the managers or sellers. That's why I often go back because no matter how much you say... you always want a new leather. I won't even mention the alterations or the color of my old perfecto that has regained its youth. All done with kindness and starting gestures, like we don't see anymore. For the first time I made the purchase online. I was surprised by the speed of the shipment and I was not surprised by the quality of the jacket. The choice of size well guided by the advice on the site allowed me not to make a mistake. I am obviously very satisfied. I don't know about you, but for me, leather is a bit more than a second skin. Of course, I will gladly go back to the Mauléon store.
