First purchase on the site. Slight disappointment because my jacket is too big and the color a bit too dark for me. I had called before my purchase and even though I was very well received, unfortunately the jacket does not fit me. However, my refund request, order tracking, product quality, packaging, etc. are top-notch. It's really a brand to recommend. I will certainly make the effort to visit one of their physical stores to finally get the jacket that suits me??
