Even though there was a size problem with the item knowingly (there was no more my size, I tried a larger size) customer contact was very good which is rare these days (50% of a customer relationship) The refund after description was quick (paypal, the same day of receiving the product back) so another 50% of a customer relationship and trust. The product was very well described and of quality. In a word, the after-sales service respected their T&Cs. For my part, I recommend this company.
