Very disappointed with the size.. we received a size 40 which is too big, and returned a size 39 which is too small. Big problem when you see that size 40 is equivalent to 42 and size 39 to 36. So here we are, no shoes, but return fees of 17.. and therefore no solution. I think the manufacturer needs to review the sizes of the cowboy boots....

Good evening, I already sent you an email to cancel my order... I find it abnormal that a modern online sales site announces, I quote: "3 to 4 weeks of delivery, UNLESS in stock" and at the same time charges you 12€ for shipping (corresponding to the cost of a Chronopost and not a colissimo), and moreover immediately cashes the price of the ordered item. Either it is in stock, which should be the most logical and therefore deliverable in 48/72 hours and everyone is happy; or it is not. But in that case honesty would require that we be clearly informed before recording the order and not afterwards. This avoids wasting time!!! Now if you have gullible customers who accept to finance you for 3 or 4 weeks while waiting for you to bring the item from your supplier drop by drop, good for you. But I will not be one of those. The leather ordered does not match the photo published on the Cuirs Guinard site. The color did not match at all. The texture of the leather was of very poor quality, not uniform, with many imperfections like wrinkling, as well as the way at the seams. The thickness of the leather resembled more of cigarette paper than lamb as specified on the page. Just a handwritten T.40 label tied to a belt loop. A double manifest error that the seller refused to admit, questioning the probity supported by the client's evidence, while boasting their professionalism! The 501 style is only partly "the 501 style" because it's lower-waisted and not Regular at all. No one is immune to an error, you just need to know how to recognize it commercially.
