Beautiful product with a nice aesthetic but a bit disappointed with the quality. First use for my bishop jacket, unfortunately I wore this jacket in a downpour after having waterproofed it as recommended. However, stains appeared on the shoulders after air drying on a hanger... I expected better quality and am worried about the future of my jacket
One of the two sleeves has the inner seam at the fold, can it be seen at the wrist, is that normal? I don't think so
The model received was not quite the one ordered... fortunately, Madame was still happy with her gift.
Hello. Very nice quality of the leather, however a small downside on the finishing of the pair of half cowboy boots that I bought, a slight tilt on one of the heels towards the back of it.

Bomber detached from a part of the jacket zipper. Not serious, re-glued by myself. Positive nonetheless.
Difficulty getting the foot in.. saw a shoemaker to widen the leather at the instep.
I ordered some boots which have still not arrived. I paid all the charges on the website. I have now received a letter from a delivery company saying I have to pay a whopping £102 in customs and excise charges to receive the parcel. There is no mention of this on the transaction. I am waiting for someone to get back to me. I would have never ordered the boots if I knew this. Update: Cuirs Guignard have responded have have helped with the cost of the Customs Duty and clearance tax which I got charged, I paid the VAT. So I'm very appreciative of their response. Thank you, good customer service.

I ordered a document holder with the mention of the orange color except that it is not really orange, I would say rather very light brown! Apart from that, I am delighted, it is very functional and of good quality! I recommend.
The package sent by Colissimo was noted as 1.850 kg on it. I went to the post office and they weighed it at 2.400 kg. I paid 17 Euros then 21 with insurance. At 1.850 it was 9.75€. I would like there to be return sheets and that the shipping cost be deducted from the refunded amount to facilitate the return and avoid this kind of problem. The fact that the weight is not the same did not give me confidence in the supplier.
No delivery date announced. Tracking system more than rudimentary.

The leather of the bag is very pleasant, I was surprised and disappointed by the zipper that only goes about ten centimeters in the center of the bag.
I paid for pants 241€. The day after receipt, the belt loop stitching came loose. I return the pants. There, I get yelled at because the pants are stained. I am promised a repair without exchange (I spent 241€), No return for 1 week....
A delivery time beyond acceptable and no one warns of the delay
Some defects on the leather, especially at the seams in several places. Given the price of the jacket, it's a shame.
No tracking on the order, I don't know when my package will arrive and I haven't received an order confirmation by email.
The jacket I received corresponds to what I ordered. Nothing to say about the product. However, I have a slight impression of having narrowly escaped a scam... Hence the 3 stars. After a first order, I requested to return the jacket which was too large but too short. I did everything by the book by requesting a credit note to buy another jacket. A week later, having heard nothing, I contacted Guignard to find out if the package had arrived. I was told no and asked for the tracking number. Out of honesty, I told them that I had received the wrong proof of deposit at the post office and therefore did not know the tracking number. (This prevents any traceability) A week later, I was still told that my package had not arrived. Probably lost by the post office... I then turned to the post office without much hope since the condition for any coverage by the package insurance is to have the proof of deposit. After numerous attempts with different representatives and the support of the lady at the counter, the post office managed to find the number in question. And there, surprise: The package had arrived at Guignard a week ago... I then contacted Guignard by email to let them know that the post office confirmed the delivery. And there, within a minute, they replied that yes, indeed, the package had arrived and that they would issue me the credit note... Without explanations, without apologies... Guignard is not an Amazon depot, I doubt that a package of this size could go unnoticed when it arrives at their store. Maybe I'm wrong and I just happened to deal with the laziest person in this country, to the point that they didn't even have the strength to turn their head to see the package placed next to their desk... I am willing to be convinced by a sensible explanation. UPDATE I am modifying the end of my review because I just received a response and as I said: I am willing to be convinced... I also corrected the 2 weeks to 1 week. However, I still leave the 3 stars because in the end, you prefer to imply that I am the dishonest one rather than simply admitting that for the buyer (me) it is necessarily suspicious... It is still a substantial amount and precisely the week of Christmas...
The product is correct, except for a small defect from something sharp on the upper back of the leather. The jacket does not match the photo at all, the color is darker and a detail from the description is also not on the jacket. A small note, the invoice is in an envelope. However, I am disappointed because I relied on the photo.

The problem with this company is that you place an order, everything goes well, and then no news for tracking. You are not kept informed of delivery times. Too bad there is no half size.. One foot stronger than the other for me, so I had to have them adjusted by a shoemaker for the right foot.. Right foot too big.. Ah my taste beautiful cowboy boots, nice finish, good leather, but not comfortable, to see with time.. mandatory to put insoles inside

Maybe it's a technical misunderstanding, but trying to figure it out myself was tiring without seeing your emails (searched every day for them), maybe better chat options will help, but its your decision to make, I had a bad experience till I left a review here and got your reply. Update: I did get a refund, on December 13, didn't know why I got it until I saw your company's reply here. I don't know what happened to your emails but they didn't reach me, all I got from you was a tracker on the 23rd to november, then an email to review your product. I ordered a bag a month ago. They didn't answer the email I sent a week ago, don't know how to even find a way to get a refund or the item through them.

High quality shoes but even though I took a size larger than my usual size, I couldn't fit my feet into the boots. Attention: return to be paid (20 euros): incorrect! The return should be free.

I placed a first order, pants too small. Perfect advice, quick exchange. Delighted I wanted to buy a skirt. Same, too small, does not correspond at all to what I expected. I deduce that the items really run small. Therefore, I returned it, I am waiting for a refund. I no longer plan to order from Cuirs Guignard. Too bad.
I have not received my order yet, so this is not a comment on your products. I am happy to do a product review once I receive my order. My order date is 31 August. My order wasn't prepared until 9 September. And just today, a week after it was prepared and 16 days after my order date, my order has shipped. I've received 2 rating requests since I placed my order, so I am giving the feedback. Still very excited for my order. But shipping 16 days after my order date is very long. And I'm still not sure when delivery is expected, hoping delivery date will soon be available too.
Long a preparer
The service from Cuirs Guignard was okay even though they did initially give me the wrong tracking number. The item took about two weeks from placing the order to receiving it here in Australia which was okay. Unfortunately, the Sendra Boots I ordered had a fault in them. Not up to Sendra's usual standard. Very disappointing but not worth the effort to return from here in Australia. They should have been checked by Cuirs Guingnard before dispatching them to me.
I received the jacket, it is too small despite the provided measurements that matched. When I requested a return and refund, there was no offer for an exchange in a larger size.
Order not received because the supplier is closed until August 28, so 3 to 4 weeks of waiting. Order placed on August 15, so a total of 1.5 months of waiting, I think.
After a small issue with my order, the responsiveness from the Cuir Guignard site was immediate. Thank you for this professionalism.
I placed an order 9 days ago for a women's jacket, the amount of 191€ has been debited and since then no news.
Good afternoon, I wanted to thank you for all the work done, the product arrived in perfect condition and in good shape, but we were very disappointed with the jacket I ordered for my wife, as the inner lining is not the same (it is very thin) as well as the exterior (it is very thin, looks fake and does not have the thickness to protect at all) it is like tissue paper, that is why we are unhappy, it does not have the same thickness and authentic look as the women's jacket compared to the men's one.
Lack of follow-up on the current order! I had to call to know the availability, the delay, and the approximate delivery date set at (15 days) payment was taken well before even delivery!? Upon receipt of the package, the color of the boots did not match the photo on the site!? Quite disappointed.
Thank you for your response, I understand it very well. I just find that there is a discrepancy between the photo preview and the product received. I hardly see the aspect of 'really marked aged' in your photo. These boots remain very beautiful, we will see with time. See you soon.
I followed the instructions and measurements to order a leather jacket and in the end, the XXL is too big. Of course, my measurements were just beyond the XL.
