I was contacted by phone by a seller who alerted me to the risk that the model I had chosen might be too small, too tight, and not suitable for me. Another model cut differently, and having an additional size was then proposed to me in a different but very nice color. I had the opportunity to see the model in question on the seller's website, to ask for the necessary details, and to accept the seller's proposal. It should be noted that the new model labeled 100% more than the first was sold to me at the same price. The person I spoke to online from the beginning to the end of the transaction then informed me that they would ship my jacket immediately. Indeed, after my agreement on February 1st in the afternoon, my package was at the relay on February 3rd in the morning. Just a small remark about the size, for the product description to be more precise, the sole length and heel size could be indicated on the website. The ordered boots are a bit tight but I didn't dare to return them for fear that the next size up would be too big, there are so many variations from one shoemaker to another...
