I bought a three-quarter leather coat (REF "9200") in the Nantes store on April 5 where I had the chance to meet the manager, a really very nice man (same for his charming colleague!), very attentive, very understanding... with a pleasant sense of humor!... Some will say that the kindness, the gentleness of this gentleman, "that was paid for" but that "it doesn't pay anymore" ;), but that's false, this disinterested attitude (because manifested even once the purchase was finalized), it paid off by making me... a sincerely grateful customer 🙂 .... Thank him for his understanding (and his patience!) in front of some of my hesitations and fears!... Alterations being necessary, the item that was sent to Mauléon before being shipped by Colissimo to my address arrived on April 14. Impeccable alterations, very good work! Address problem but very responsive customer service. Delivery without issues and very fast. My only reservation comes from the fact that my shoes which were not soled (Sendra, so brand habit to prove "all leather") were not accompanied by recommendations on this subject. It wasn't my first pair, but I think of those who won't expect it or who more foolishly will wear their shoes in that state. A big waste in perspective... In short, a little note of advice for maintenance, both short and long term, doesn't seem superfluous to me.

If there was anything to improve, it would be to provide the dimensions of the leathers (shoulder / lower back) because we do not all have the same morphology as the mannequins.
