First purchase on this site, no payment issues proposed in 3 installments, which I used, only downside, I requested a delivery to a post office pickup point and they sent it to my personal address. If I chose a parcel pickup point, it’s because I am not home during the day. So I had to wait until Saturday to go to the post office.

Boots ordered on a Sunday, sent my payment in 4 installments by check and therefore by mail. Boots received on Friday! Size much too large M (corresponds to an L -XL) leather much too thin (whereas this was sent for a semi-rigid leather) return at our expense by tracked mail with value so 15 euros disappointed

Received a call on the same day of my order (a Sunday) to inform me that the size ordered for the perfecto might be too tight and that it would be better to consider a size up given my measurements. So, great customer follow-up. Package received the following Friday in Luxembourg, without any issues. Perfecto well packed and folded, nothing to complain about!
No problems with delivery or product quality, the only downside is the shipping cost, which should be free for products at this price.
