Adjusting the strap is a bit complicated when you want to wear this bag in holster position as it is not designed for it, but you just have to adapt. I received personalized phone follow-up for the order, tracking, delivery, and then the return because the Sendra Boots run large, I normally wear size 45 but size 44 was ideal, so I was always informed of the progress of my boots by phone, and the communication between the 3 stores is top-notch, so I received my boots in a very reasonable time (a few days) in the right size in perfect condition with the kindness of the team that I have never seen!
