No issues with delivery or receipt, the item is still different from what is seen on the site, that's the difference with the choice in store; moreover, disappointed that no solution was found regarding the fact that the right buckle makes walking painful and that returning the product is still at the customer's expense, so...!!!

Hello, I would like to know when I will receive my order already paid for since December 5th because it's a Christmas gift! No possibility, neither by phone nor by email.
