I reside on the island of La Reunion, a French overseas department. My delivery was fast. Order placed on June 20, arrived on the 23rd in the department. It was only the customs clearance that delayed my delivery (in customs since June 24 and delivered on June 30). Regarding the quality of my leather coat: it is very beautiful leather, supple, comfortable, with perfect seams. The ordered size is impeccable on the body. The sleeves are a bit long but I will have them altered by a professional I found in La Reunion. I want to thank Mr. Frédéric who, during my call, was able to advise me very effectively by giving him my measurements. Thank you for his patience and warm welcome. He is a true professional. I did not feel like I was 10,000 km away. The Guignard house is a serious company. And the big advantage is that it delivers to overseas departments. This was my first order, and it will not be the last. I am already considering the next one.
My unfortunate choice of a pair of shoes was returned and refunded upon receipt of the return package. Bravo! A serious commercial house to highly recommend.

When I ordered on the site, the size was no longer available. I called the indicated number and the person immediately checked their stock and put the desired size back on the site. I had some difficulties on the site for the delivery address and once again, the owner of the site noted the delivery address I wanted and called me back to confirm my order and the shipping date. I ordered a leather perfecto jacket from Schott. Order processed quickly. Well packaged. Very nice product not yet tried (since it's a gift). Don't overlook the return if necessary and it's free. Very competent and kind staff, interesting since it is possible to reach them by phone and they give good advice.

Before buying a Perfecto there, I didn't know Cuirs Guignard. But since then, this store has become my favorite! The sellers are very courteous, friendly, and attentive; you can tell they know leather and have good advice. I had taken a size too large for my Perfecto, a phone call and it was resolved: a few questions "Did you close your Perfecto?", "Are you at home, can you put it on and close it?", "Can you measure your waist, do you have a measuring tape handy?", "How tall are you?"... These questions allow the seller to identify the problem and give advice (possibly, Cuirs Guignard can make adjustments). Returns are easy. What is regrettable is that it is at our expense, but it is not a big deal. I advise all my acquaintances to buy from Cuirs Guignard because you can feel that the brand is really professional and serious! A big thank you and congratulations to Cuirs Guignard! It is reassuring to know that you exist!
I received the leather jacket very quickly, but the package was in the name of the collection point, which thought it was a delivery for the store. My name was nowhere to be found, so the package was opened. And there was no way for the store to register the receipt of the package. The jacket was too small in size L, while I always take this size for my husband. I requested a refund because apparently there was no XL on the site. Return shipping costs at my expense: 19.50 euros! A big miss...
