Following my visit to their site. While passing through La Rochelle, I stopped by their store. Great welcome, a huge selection, quality leather boots. They didn't have my size in the color I wanted, however, they let me try them in another color to make sure for my order. I appreciate the proposal and the availability of the seller who, by the way, explains the history of the Guignard house and stores. THANK YOU. The delivery is fast. I should receive them tomorrow and I am sure my expectations will be met. I am more than satisfied. I recommend.

Still haven't received the product from my order!!!!! Following the email from COLISSIMO POST FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. I am very disappointed.

The pants are presented in a 501 cut. Be careful, I have a 501 jeans in size 44 that is a bit big for me and I had to take a 46 for the leather pants. That being said, good quality, nice cut, and very satisfied.

The order arrived in 3 days from France to Spain. The jacket is perfect, matches the description and the photos. The size is correct according to the size guide on the website. Everything is great!

Overall, I am quite satisfied. Please improve the photos so that the colors are as accurate as possible.

I ordered a lavender perfecto. Upon receipt, the color and size did not fit, I returned it and was immediately refunded. For me, the only downside is that the color 'in real life' was darker than the color on the site, but otherwise for the size, it is not the merchant's fault but mine 100%. For me, it is a reliable site.

Honestly... top-notch. The customer service is kind, patient, and on point. I ordered a first jacket, it took some time to be shipped (a little over a week) because the one they had showed a defect (they noticed it themselves, so they didn't send it to me) and they had to reorder another one. They sent me a small compensation for the delay. Unfortunately, the model and size didn't suit me in the end, I returned it for another model. The same day they received the returned jacket, they shipped the second one. And I don't regret it because the second one is really beautiful, of super quality, I don't regret it. I highly recommend this store. The only downside would be the return shipping costs which were at my expense but this is explained from the start on the site. And then the service (customer contact and product quality) is so good that in the end, it’s worth it.
