Beautiful product with a nice aesthetic but a bit disappointed with the quality. First use for my bishop jacket, unfortunately I wore this jacket in a downpour after having waterproofed it as recommended. However, stains appeared on the shoulders after air drying on a hanger... I expected better quality and am worried about the future of my jacket

I wear size 43, after ordering a pair of boots in size 44, it turns out they are too small for me. I am therefore proceeding with the exchange and resending the too small pair.
