Update: I did get a refund, on December 13, didn't know why I got it until I saw your company's reply here. I don't know what happened to your emails but they didn't reach me, all I got from you was a tracker on the 23rd to november, then an email to review your product. I ordered a bag a month ago. They didn't answer the email I sent a week ago, don't know how to even find a way to get a refund or the item through them.
