Speed in sending and processing the exchange. I ordered the same size as the first leather jacket purchased from you but it was smaller. Too bad the return is at my expense (13 euros and some) given the already high price of the initial delivery (12 euros). Also unfortunate not to have received the hanger this time. But the color of the jacket is very nice, I think of good quality, to see over time...
