Lack of follow-up on the current order! I had to call to know the availability, the delay, and the approximate delivery date set at (15 days) payment was taken well before even delivery!? Upon receipt of the package, the color of the boots did not match the photo on the site!? Quite disappointed.

Our previous leathers, purchased in Mauléon in 2000 (we lived then 20 minutes away, but now more than 2 hours), starting to wear out, we took advantage of a week of vacation in La Rochelle to renew the wardrobe. Fittings on site, always sharp advice, measurements for necessary alterations done on site, then postal reception after adjustments less than a week later, everything is still perfect. We highly recommend, and thank the team in place for the quality of the welcome and advice, a team just as efficient and commercial as that of Mauléon over 20 years ago. This must be what they call the family spirit ??

It is certainly not easy to order a leather jacket online, but that said, I had the option to exchange if I encountered a problem. I bought a lambskin down jacket, it is superb, no defects, at least not visible, and the size is very accurate. Moreover, the delivery was made within 3 days, which reflects the seriousness of this store and I thank them for it.
I ordered a jacket on sale. The customer service contacted me to inform me that this very fitted model might not suit me. After an exchange of emails, I received, instead, a jacket perfectly suited to my morphology. It was more expensive, but I paid the price of the initial jacket! In short, a service of simply incredible quality.
