Very nice quality. Unfortunately, I had to return the jacket twice because the sleeves were too tight. One thing I find unfortunate is that I had to pay for the shipping costs for the order and twice for the returns, almost 40 euros for a jacket that I could not keep.

Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16âŹ50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.
