The package took 1 month to arrive? I don't see any difference in the product, a bit expensive though
Regarding the delay, a month of waiting is obviously not our standard and we understand your disappointment. On the products, not seeing any evolution is always frustrating. We would like to clarify: an information banner was indeed displayed on our site to warn our customers about the extended delays before they placed their order. We are nonetheless sorry if it was not sufficiently visible at the time of your purchase.
We have gone through an exceptional growth period that we did not anticipate at this scale, amplified by the success of our seasonal editions and our promotional offer. The volume of orders has exceeded the capacity of our workshop and we are sincerely sorry for that. Before hiring, we needed to have enough hindsight to confirm that this growth was sustainable. Nothing to say about the package itself, but the announced delivery time and the actual delivery time are not the same. I expect a fairly quick delivery to receive the products for the competition and unfortunately received well after.

The order took a long time to be shipped and I don't feel that the product is very effective... I am a bit disappointed on these points. Nevertheless, the package arrived well packaged and very well protected in a nice wrapping.
