Regarding the Repellent spray that your dog avoids, this is genuine feedback we hear. Some dogs are indeed more sensitive to the smells of repellent solutions. A tip that works well in this case: spray into the palm of your hand and then apply directly to the coat, which helps avoid the noise of the spray that can be disturbing and allows for better control of the application area. For hard-to-reach areas and areas where ticks attach (ears, around the eyes, inner thighs, base of the tail), the Repellent Oil applied specifically may be more relevant, as it is gentler to apply than a spray.

Regarding effectiveness against ticks, several factors can play a role: parasitic pressure in the area, frequency of application, application areas. Protection with our products requires consistency and a comprehensive approach, and it is not suitable for all intense parasitic pressures. Our shampoos are intentionally formulated without thickening agents. The thicker shampoos that are usually found owe their consistency to texturizing agents that do not add anything to the effectiveness of the product. With us, what is in the bottle are the active ingredients, not fillers.

For optimal use, two methods we recommend. Pour a dose into a bucket, foam with a jet and apply with a sponge on the coat. Or use a jet system with an integrated shampoo reservoir, very practical and economical, the fluid texture is perfect for this type of application. In both cases, diluting before use is the right practice, it optimizes the foam, distribution, and consumption of the product.

Delivery with Mondial Relay very complicated. My package goes from Metz to Luxembourg. Package not delivered, but returned to Metz. Then comes back to Luxembourg. 1 week to be delivered. Metz is 1 hour away by car. Product clay for damaged hooves very wet. Comes off/erases quickly, as too wet/liquid and does not stay well in cavities. Especially for a horse living outside and when it rains and the ground is wet. Hair regrowth and tendon support oil are top-notch.

Regarding the clay for damaged hooves, its fibrous texture well soaked in formula is completely normal, it is precisely what allows it to act deeply at the bottom of the cavities. For better hold, some practical tips: clean and dry the hoof thoroughly before any application, fill small gaps one by one deeply in the recesses, and let dry for a few minutes before the horse returns to the pasture. It is exactly the same logic as for the hoof sanitizing clay, which must also be applied at the beginning of grooming to take advantage of the drying time before going out. These few minutes make all the difference in effectiveness.

We are pleased, however, that the hair regrowth gel and tendon support oil are satisfactory.

Second order with you and unfortunately still the same problem with delivery. During my first order, I didn't say anything because it was during the holidays, so I could understand a delay. But this time, it's the same. It is indicated that an order placed before 1 PM is shipped the same day (or the next day otherwise), with delivery in 48 to 72 hours. In my case, it took 4 days for the order to be shipped, then more than a week to receive it, almost 2 weeks in total. The products smell good, but I also find that the quantities are a bit tight compared to the price. It's a shame because the overall experience is disappointing.
