Order placed on Monday and received the Wednesday of the following week. Not a word to inform me of such a delay, to explain it, or to apologize... The website promises shipping within 24 hours on weekdays. So I had to ask the question on Facebook to get my order shipped... One cannot say that the response exuded consideration. A customer for several years, this is not the first time my order has taken time to arrive... when there is no bug to choose the shipping location. It is better to order from resellers than directly, it is safer, and it is really a shame to have to write this...

To be honest, we could not anticipate what happened to us. The conjunction of our growth, the success of our launches, and our promotional offers created a volume that no one in our team had seen coming at this scale. This is not an excuse, it is the reality of a small brand that is growing fast. Before hiring, we needed to have the perspective to confirm that this growth was sustainable. It is now evident and a new recruit is arriving very soon.
