Second order with you and unfortunately still the same problem with delivery. During my first order, I didn't say anything because it was during the holidays, so I could understand a delay. But this time, it's the same. It is indicated that an order placed before 1 PM is shipped the same day (or the next day otherwise), with delivery in 48 to 72 hours. In my case, it took 4 days for the order to be shipped, then more than a week to receive it, almost 2 weeks in total. The products smell good, but I also find that the quantities are a bit tight compared to the price. It's a shame because the overall experience is disappointing.

You are absolutely right and we do not seek to minimize your experience. Our promise of shipping before 1 PM on weekdays is a commitment we hold dear and we did not honor it on your order. We are going through a period of exceptional growth which, combined with the success of our editions and promotional offers, has exceeded the capacity of our workshop. We are sincerely sorry for this. A new recruit is arriving very soon to restore our usual pace, and this promise will become our daily routine again.
Regarding the quantities, our formulas are designed to be effective at precise and reasonable doses. Quality takes precedence over quantity, and a well-formulated product does not need to be used in large quantities to work fully. This is a deliberate choice in our approach.

I am happy with the purchased products but for my next order I may not go through Mondial Relay. Order placed, package arrived a week later. I know that for my next order I will go through another carrier otherwise nothing to say about the products, still as effective.
All orders are packaged carefully and arrive very quickly. The products are great, pleasant to use, and my pony shows real signs of relaxation when I apply it.
If we receive the products in good condition, everything is fine, but when part of the product has spilled in the box (the box is in good condition, so not due to transport), I received a voucher for half of the purchase value, that is, on an order of 15€ including shipping, I got 4.91€ in credit... A simple replacement of the product would have been preferable. Otherwise, they are very good products.

To explain our protocol transparently. When a package arrives damaged due to transport, the reflex to have is to issue a reservation or refuse the package directly upon delivery. In this case, we can fully compensate you because the carrier's responsibility is engaged. If the package has already been received without reservation and the product remains usable in the long term, we take on the inconveniences caused by transport but only up to the estimated loss after exchange with you, and not on the total value of the order. This is the protocol we systematically apply to remain fair and proportionate in our compensations.
Direct replacement of the product is not our practice, but the voucher remains freely usable on the site, with no expiration date, allowing you to use it on a future order at your convenience.

The packaging is really ridiculous (125ml), maximum use 3 times... it seems cheap but the prices per liter are very high in the end.
To complete: our formulas are very concentrated in natural actives, a small amount is enough per application and the gel is applied locally and targeted, not in a wide coverage. The actual price per liter in use is therefore quite different from what the format suggests.
Your feedback is heard and guides our evolutions: a 250 ml format as well as a pack of 2 x 250 ml will be arriving soon at a more advantageous price.
