Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied so far. I took out a warranty and have not received my money back. I was given the wrong address to send the device back to. I have now been trying to get my money back for several months and am constantly being asked to explain the facts. The matter is now being handled by my lawyer. What a pity... Not recommended so far... Maybe my opinion will change, we'll see...

I've been trying to return my defective iPhone for days. I am being passed from Ponzius to Pilate! So far not possible to send the defective device back !!!!
