I've been trying to return my defective iPhone for days. I am being passed from Ponzius to Pilate! So far not possible to send the defective device back !!!!

Phone has deep marks, fell to the ground several times. Ruined frame. I can understand that "good" quality includes signs of wear and tear, but not dropped on the ground like that. For over 730 euros I imagined "good " meant "good," not like that. The battery is not great. For at the amount I paid I was hoping for something more. Good referring to 100 euros can be all right, but good referring to 730 must be good indeed.
